The recruiting tax
Unverified highlight reels you can’t trust
Edited 90-second reels of only the kid’s best touches. No raw footage, no context, no way to know what’s real.
Parents in your inbox before you’ve watched the film
"Did you get my daughter’s film?" Which daughter. Which film. Every week.
AI-generated reels that look real until they don’t
Half the plays aren’t the kid you’re recruiting. By the time you notice, you’ve burned 20 minutes of your morning.
What you actually get
Verified raw footage
Every highlight on FanFeed is SHA-256 hashed and bound to the original raw video. Click the badge, see the hash, know the reel wasn’t edited or AI-generated.
Natural-language search
"2027 QBs in Texas with 3.5+ GPA." Type what you’re looking for. Skip the eight-dropdown grid.
Watchlists + private notes
Save athletes to up to 20 named lists. Write 1,000-character scouting notes only you can see. No team seat, no admin approval.
Direct messages, no fees
Talk to any athlete on the platform. No per-message charges, no annual contract, no minimum seat count.
For high school + club coaches
Three of your seniors deserve D1 looks. None of them have $4,200 for NCSA. You’ve been advocating for them in your group texts and emails for years.
Upload your roster. Every kid on it gets pre-verified the second they sign up. You see who's getting views from college coaches. You advocate where it actually matters — backed by data, not a hunch.

The thing every coach asks
We don’t offer a stealth mode. By design. Athletes who know they’re being watched train harder, post sharper film, and recruit themselves. You spend less time chasing kids who don’t respond — and more time talking to the ones who already know you’re serious.
Athlete on free tier
"A D1 football coach viewed your profile"
School + name redacted. Just a heads-up.
Athlete on Premium
"A coach from Pac-12 program viewed your profile"
School-tier visible. Identity still private.
Athlete on Pro
"Coach Julian Garcia, CU Boulder, viewed for 2m 14s"
Full identity. This is the tier they pay for.
Different, on purpose
vs.
Hudl
We don’t replace your film tool. We replace the recruiting database around it.
vs.
NCSA
We don’t charge athletes $4,200 a year. We don’t charge coaches anything.
vs.
247Sports / On3
We’re not media. We’re the tool you actually log into Monday morning.
Pricing
Not for basic. Not for premium. Not for anything. Athletes can upgrade if they want extras. Coaches never pay.

Common questions
How is the data actually verified?
Every highlight video is SHA-256 hashed at upload — the hash is visible on every profile, so you can verify the file wasn’t edited or AI-generated. Athletes earn a verified badge after a human on our team reviews their identity and school affiliation.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Coaches are free forever. Athletes can upgrade to Premium ($9.99/mo) or AI Scout Pro ($29.99/mo) for extras — none of those tiers change what coaches can do. You always have the same access.
Do athletes know I viewed their profile?
Yes — and we think that’s a feature, not a bug. Athletes on the free tier see a redacted notification ("a D1 football coach viewed your profile"). Premium athletes see the program tier. Pro athletes see your name and title. Either way, the athlete knows you’re paying attention.
How is this different from Hudl?
Hudl is your film tool. Keep using it. FanFeed is the recruiting database that sits next to it — athletes own their public profile, the data is verified, and you can search and message without a $50K contract. Different problem, same workflow.
